Sofosbuvir, sold under the brand name Velpaclear among others, is a medication used for the treatment of hepatitis C.[1] It is only recommended with some combination of ribavirin, ledipasvir, Velpatasvir or daclatasvir.

Velpatasvir is an NS5A inhibitor which is used together with sofosbuvir in the treatment of hepatitis C infection of all six major genotypes.
